Yetkili kontrol paneline giriş yaparak Kurulum > Otomasyon Ayarları adımlarını takip edin "Müşteri Durumu Güncelle" seçeneğinde bulunan "Pasif - müşteri durumunu asla otomatik değiştirme" tikini aktif ederek kayıt edin.

Bu işlemlerin ardından WHMCS artık aktif hizmeti bulunmayan müşteri hesaplarını pasif hale getirmeyecektir.
